The Vice President, Digital Assets Platform Services Product Leader joins the Product Delivery team to define and deliver the platform strategy, roadmap, and capabilities for Fidelity Digital Assets' core platform services. This leader oversees Product Managers responsible for recordkeeping, asset and money movement, settlement, custody workflow orchestration, and other foundational platform capabilities. The role involves building business cases, managing product roadmaps, and partnering with Engineering, Architecture, and Operations to ensure scalable digital asset custody operations. Key responsibilities include modernizing platforms through APIs, workflow automation, and scalable service architectures while balancing customer needs with regulatory obligations. The ideal candidate possesses deep expertise in financial infrastructure, transaction processing, and operational servicing platforms, utilizing data-driven decision making and customer-centric product management practices to solve complex business problems within the digital asset ecosystem.
Define and deliver the platform strategy, roadmap, and capabilities for core digital asset services.
Oversee Product Managers responsible for recordkeeping, asset movement, settlement, and custody workflow orchestration.
Develop vision, target outcomes, KPIs, and investment priorities aligned with business and partner needs.
Build and socialize business cases for new capabilities, including ROI, customer value, and execution considerations.
Own and prioritize the product roadmap for platform services and API capabilities.
Partner with Engineering and Architecture to define scalable solutions and technology roadmaps.
Establish operating models and governance routines to drive alignment and transparency across stakeholders.
Validate solutions through experimentation, prototypes, customer feedback, and measurable outcome tracking.
What we're looking for
15 plus years of experience in Product Management leading financial services, brokerage operations, custody, asset servicing, or related products.
8 plus years of experience leading Product Owners, Squad Leads, or other Product Managers.
Deep expertise in recordkeeping, asset and money movement, settlement, custody operations, transaction processing, workflow orchestration, or related financial infrastructure.
Demonstrated success leading platform products, operational products, enterprise services, or infrastructure-oriented product portfolios.
Experience modernizing platforms through APIs, workflow automation, operational efficiency initiatives, and scalable service architectures.
Proven ability to balance customer needs, operational requirements, platform sustainability, and regulatory obligations when prioritizing investments.
