What you'll do

  • Define the product strategy to transition from a developer-only ecosystem to a broader AI-assisted and no-code builder community.

  • Lead the development of AI-assisted tools, prompt-to-app workflows, and low-code experiences for diverse creator categories.

  • Improve ecosystem operations by implementing automated tooling and LLM-powered systems for app reviews and policy checks.
  • Partner with Engineering to prioritize core platform capabilities such as APIs, SDKs, webhooks, and performance improvements.
  • Develop measurement systems and frameworks to track ecosystem health, builder productivity, and app retention.
  • Drive cross-functional alignment across internal teams to launch new features and ensure high-quality developer experiences.

What we're looking for

  • Experience leading high-ambiguity platform products, developer ecosystems, creator ecosystems, or marketplaces.
  • Experience with AI tooling, LLM-based workflows, and prompt-to-app systems for software creation.
  • Proficiency with code, APIs, developer tools, and technical platform tradeoffs.
  • Experience improving onboarding, documentation, portals, SDKs, and app distribution workflows.
  • Strong product judgment regarding creation platforms and community-native experiences like apps and games.
  • Ability to define metrics for ecosystem health, builder productivity, and business impact.
  • Ability to partner with engineering on infrastructure, performance, reliability, and build-vs-buy decisions.
  • Excellent written communication skills and ability to create decision frameworks in ambiguous spaces.
