Director of Product Management, Marketplace and Developer Technologies

What you'll do

• Define the product vision and strategy for third-party app distribution, growth tools, and marketplace technologies across all Apple platforms.
• Lead the development of features for App Store Connect, TestFlight, and developer marketing tools throughout the product lifecycle.
• Advocate for high-impact developer features to secure engineering resources and influence internal roadmaps.
• Create marketing and communication strategies to drive developer adoption and public awareness for new feature launches.
• Manage regulatory and compliance initiatives that impact developer experiences and marketplace safety.
• Measure product impact and direct market research to inform long-term strategy with data science and business teams.
• Present product vision, opportunity sizing, and performance outcomes to company executives.
• Develop corporate development strategies and identify potential M&A opportunities within the mobile app industry.

What we're looking for

• 15+ years of experience leading product development for developer experiences, B2B services, marketplaces, or business data analytics.
• Experience building B2B SaaS products utilizing LLM and GenAI technologies.
• Experience developing innovative products while meeting compliance and product safety requirements.
• Expertise in the mobile app industry, including distribution, marketing, analytics, and privacy-focused approaches.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders, negotiate with partners, and manage high-stakes decisions in ambiguous environments.
• Ability to engage effectively with executives through storytelling and Keynote presentations.
• Experience managing and professionally developing a team while overseeing multi-year projects.
• A BS degree or equivalent experience is required; JD or MS/MBA is preferred.
