Senior Product Manager, Platform Engineering & Toolchain

What you'll do

• Analyze business processes and document requirements to identify opportunities for improvement through technology.
• Translate complex business requirements into functional requirements and perform data and process modeling.
• Develop and lead information systems strategies that align with the strategic goals of multiple business units.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and provide strategic analysis to executive leadership on potential applications.
• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of project implementation, including testing, verification, and validation of requirements.
• Broker services between internal teams and external partners while managing interdependencies across various portfolios.
• Conduct training and recommend process improvements such as outsourcing or adopting business process management practices.
• Oversee technical, financial, and quality aspects of assigned work areas to ensure accurate fit for business needs.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's Degree with 8 years experience, Master's Degree with 7 years experience, or PhD with 3 years experience.
• Ability to exercise latitude in the approach to problem solving.
• Ability to work independently with consultation and agreement from others rather than formal review by superiors.
