What you'll do

  • Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for Master Data Platform capabilities.
  • Translate business requirements into well-defined product requirements, user stories, and delivery plans.
  • Own and prioritize the product backlog based on business value, technical dependencies, and scalability.
  • Partner with engineering and architecture teams to design capabilities for master data creation, matching, and enrichment.
  • Define API, integration, and data service requirements including developer-facing documentation and Swagger specifications.
  • Drive Agile product development processes including backlog refinement, sprint planning, and release management.
  • Establish and monitor product success metrics, platform adoption, and operational efficiency.
  • Communicate product vision, roadmap progress, and delivery outcomes to leadership and key stakeholders.

What we're looking for

  • 5+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree.
  • 2+ years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD).
  • 0 years of work experience with a PhD.
  • 6+ years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree, OR 4+ years with an Advanced Degree, OR up to 3 years with a PhD (preferred).
  • Experience in product management, business analysis, data management, or platform delivery within a technology, data, payments, or financial services environment (preferred).
  • Experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Data Product Manager supporting master data, reference data, metadata, governance, or data platform initiatives (preferred).
  • Strong understanding of Master Data Management (MDM), data governance, data quality, metadata management, and data lifecycle principles (preferred).
  • Experience working with APIs, data services, event-driven architectures, and associated documentation tools such as Swagger/OpenAPI (preferred).
