Product Manager, Data-Enterprise

What you'll do

• Define the vision and strategic roadmap for enterprise data products across Finance, HR, IT, and Legal domains.
• Establish consistent standards for data contracts, backlog prioritization, and Outcome-Driven Metrics to measure business value.
• Oversee the full lifecycle management of the enterprise data product portfolio, including investment planning and retirement.
• Ensure data products integrate with cloud architecture and support modularity, interoperability, and reuse across the enterprise.
• Embed governance, AI risk reviews, and data contract enforcement into the data product lifecycle to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Track key performance indicators including adoption rates, cost-to-serve, ROI metrics, and FinOps transparency.
• Build relationships with domain leaders to co-define requirements and communicate the business impact of data investments.
• Serve as an evangelist for data as a product to drive awareness and data literacy across the organization.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, Human Resources or Data Science.
• Eight years of experience in data product management, data strategy, or analytics leadership.
• Experience focusing on data-driven solutions for Finance, HR, IT, and/or Legal operations in private, public, government, or military environments.
• Proven experience leading teams of product owners, analysts, or engineers (preferred).
• Deep understanding of data product management principles, data mesh concepts, and Outcome-Driven Metrics (preferred).
• Strong grasp of modern cloud data platforms including AWS, Snowflake, Databricks, and Power BI (preferred).
• Familiarity with FinOps, AI Risk, and Data Governance frameworks (preferred).
