What you'll do

Lead the strategy and execution of machine learning-powered personalization and next-best-action capabilities across multiple customer channels.
Translate user research and analytics into clear product roadmaps, epics, and detailed user stories.
Manage day-to-day backlog grooming and sprint execution from initial discovery through final launch.
Coordinate with data scientists and engineers to ensure requirements are met during model training, evaluation, and deployment.
Design and run experiments to validate the impact of recommendation engines and agentic solutions.
Define technical guardrails for assistant memory and context to ensure safe and reliable customer experiences.
Track product metrics regarding engagement, quality, and outcomes while ensuring compliance with privacy and fairness standards.
Capture requirements for API-driven and event-driven cloud architectures to support scalable data products.

What we're looking for

At least 5 years of experience in product management or a relevant domain area.
Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle including discovery and requirements definition.
Ability to deliver customer-facing artificial intelligence products in collaboration with data science and engineering teams.
Experience building data products for agentic assistants, including memory, context, and signals.
Proficiency in delivering personalization and next-best-action solutions using experiment design and outcome measurement.
Working knowledge of data analytics, data literacy, and querying datasets using SQL or Python.
Familiarity with AWS data lakes, Snowflake, and modern data platforms.
Ability to execute core product practices including requirements gathering and backlog management in Jira.
