Product Manager, Data & AI Platform

What you'll do

• Own the product strategy and roadmap for the enterprise Data & AI Platform with a focus on Databricks.
• Translate the needs of Data and AI product teams into platform capabilities and measurable investment priorities.
• Partner with Engineering and Architecture to develop reusable platform patterns for batch, streaming, and enterprise data workloads.
• Establish self-service "golden paths" and consumption models to reduce friction for internal engineering teams.
• Incorporate data governance, security, and privacy requirements into the platform's core capabilities and Unity Catalog.
• Manage the platform intake, onboarding, and adoption processes while tracking consumer satisfaction and telemetry.
• Communicate the platform roadmap and technical tradeoffs to both technical and business stakeholders.

What we're looking for

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• 5–7 years of progressive experience in a business or technology environment.
• Experience managing data platforms, cloud platforms, developer platforms, internal technology products, or technically complex enterprise products (preferred).
• Strong product management skills including strategy, roadmap development, prioritization, and stakeholder management.
• Working knowledge of Azure Databricks, Delta Lake, Unity Catalog, and Lakehouse architecture.
• Understanding of data governance concepts including metadata, lineage, data quality, access control, privacy, and security.
• Familiarity with MLflow, vector search, embeddings, graph data, and AI data pipelines (preferred).
