The Manager, Product Management - AI/ML & Data Platforms joins the Enterprise AI/ML team to lead product strategy and execution for a sensitive data ecosystem. This role involves building enterprise-grade intelligence capabilities, including distributed compute technologies, control plane operations, and cost management. You will work at the intersection of product, platform engineering, risk, and security to support data scientists, ML engineers, and software developers. Key responsibilities include enabling lines of business to build, train, and deploy advanced ML and Generative AI models while ensuring high availability, resiliency, and rigorous governance. Required competencies include human-centered design, business focus, technology-driven innovation, integrated problem solving, and transformational leadership. The role requires experience in AI/ML, machine learning engineering, generative AI development, and operating under strict regulatory compliance and data privacy frameworks.
Lead the product strategy and execution for the enterprise sensitive data ecosystem.

What we're looking for
Hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field, Business, Marketing, or a Bachelor's degree in any field with 3 years of Product Management experience.
Demonstrate proficiency in human-centered design, business focus, technology-driven solutions, integrated problem solving, and transformational leadership.
Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer-facing digital products (preferred).
Experience in AI/ML, machine learning engineering, or generative AI development environments supporting data scientists and developers (preferred).
Experience building platform tools under strict regulatory compliance, data privacy, and security frameworks (preferred).
