As an AI & Digital Data Product Manager within the Data, Digital and Analytics team, you will manage the full product lifecycle for a portfolio of advanced AI/ML pipelines and digital data products. You will drive execution from strategy through implementation, translate complex business needs into actionable roadmaps, and collaborate with cross-functional squads to deliver scalable solutions. Your daily work involves managing backlogs, ensuring data quality and model readiness, and enforcing FAIR data principles and Semantic Layer concepts. You will act as a bridge between business stakeholders, researchers, and technical teams to solve healthcare challenges by integrating analytics into digital platforms. The role requires proficiency in SQL, AI/ML frameworks, and cloud-based platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure, while ensuring all products adhere to established data governance and regulatory standards.
Manage the full product lifecycle for a portfolio of AI/ML pipelines and digital data products from strategy through implementation.
Translate complex business requirements into actionable roadmaps and prioritize the product backlog to meet evolving use cases.
Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, AI/ML researchers, and technical data teams.
Define and enforce data standards to ensure AI model readiness, data quality, and seamless workflow integration.
Guide the team in adopting data mesh, data fabric, Semantic Layer concepts, and FAIR data principles.
Monitor and measure data product performance with IT partners to identify opportunities for optimization.
Ensure all products comply with legal, compliance, and privacy standards during the development process.
What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Operations, Marketing, Data Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in AI & digital data product management, data management, AI/ML product development, software development, or equivalent experience.
Technical fluency with data systems, SQL, AI/ML frameworks, and cloud-based data platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
Working knowledge of Semantic Layer concepts, data governance frameworks, and FAIR data principles.
Experience collaborating with Legal, Compliance, and Privacy teams to ensure adherence to regulatory standards.
Advanced degree such as an MBA or related graduate-level qualification (preferred).
Professional experience in data management, technical project management, or business analysis within pharmaceutical, biotech, finance, CPG, or consulting industries (preferred).
Experience with AI-driven products, omnichannel/digital marketing solutions, or CRM systems (preferred).
