Product Manager

What you'll do

• Define product strategy and roadmaps based on customer research, market insights, and data analysis.
• Own the entire product lifecycle from initial concept and requirement gathering through launch and optimization.
• Write technical requirements, epics, and user stories while managing and prioritizing the engineering backlog.
• Collaborate with UX teams to review designs and simplify workflows across web, mobile, and internal applications.
• Develop go-to-market materials and adoption strategies in partnership with Sales, Marketing, and Operations.
• Analyze product performance metrics and use data to drive continuous improvements and feature iterations.
• Negotiate strategic partnerships and resolve operational challenges to ensure successful business outcomes.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• 4–7 years of product management experience or equivalent experience leading cross-functional initiatives.
• Proven ability to lead products from concept through execution while balancing customer needs and technical considerations.
• Strong technical aptitude to work with engineers on APIs, integrations, system architecture, and trade-offs.
• Experience working in Agile product development environments with engineering and design teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to influence stakeholders across various departments.
• Preferred experience with card/virtual payment systems, transportation payments, fuel programs, or fleet logistics.
• Preferred experience with credit, risk, compliance considerations, and using SQL or analytics tools for data validation.
