What you'll do

Own the vision, roadmap, and prioritization for platform and API products while balancing business impact and regulatory obligations.
Translate ambiguous business problems into scoped epics, technical requirements, and measurable success criteria.
Make data-driven decisions regarding product build sequencing and trade-offs.
Partner with engineering to define system design, API specifications, data models, and integration patterns.
Ensure products meet non-functional requirements including latency, availability, scalability, and security.
Manage releases through formal change-management processes and internal control gates.
Embed regulatory, audit, and internal control requirements into the product from the design phase.
Communicate roadmap status and technical trade-offs to both engineering teams and senior leadership.

What we're looking for

At least 5 years of product management experience for technical, platform, or API products.
Demonstrated ability to work with engineering on architecture, API design, and data contracts.
Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle, agile delivery, and modern engineering practices.
Experience defining requirements and success metrics while using data to drive decision-making.
Ability to communicate complex technical details and executive summaries effectively to diverse stakeholders.
Experience delivering products in regulated environments with formal controls and change management.
Preferred experience in financial services or other highly regulated industries.
Technical background or degree in Computer Science, engineering, or equivalent technical depth.
