Product Manager, Chase Agentic

What you'll do

• Develop a product strategy and vision that delivers measurable value to customers.
• Manage discovery efforts and market research to integrate customer solutions into the product roadmap.
• Own and maintain the product backlog to support the strategic roadmap and value proposition.
• Build and track key success metrics including cost, functionality, risk posture, and reliability.
• Develop and own the LOB partnership strategy for onboarding and integrating agentic experiences.
• Lead scoping efforts with stakeholders to translate business objectives into actionable product requirements.
• Manage delivery backlogs across multiple concurrent partnerships while balancing dependencies and trade-offs.
• Build frameworks to track delivery health, build velocity, and adoption outcomes.

What we're looking for

• 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area.
• Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics.
• Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management.
• Proven ability to influence without authority to drive alignment and resolve conflict across technical leads and senior stakeholders.
• Sufficient technical fluency to understand API integration patterns, platform dependencies, and agent architecture concepts.
• Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization (preferred).
• Experience building or scaling platform adoption programs, developer/partner enablement, or internal product ecosystems (preferred).
• Familiarity with AI or agentic platform concepts, including agent orchestration, tool integration, or LLM-based product development (preferred).
