As an Agentic Product Manager within the Agentic Experience organization, you will serve as a core leader driving the end-to-end product life cycle for innovative agentic offerings. You will act as the voice of the customer, developing strategies to increase awareness, adoption, and long-term engagement with agentic features. Your daily responsibilities include managing discovery efforts, conducting market research, and maintaining a product backlog that aligns with the strategic roadmap. You will build frameworks to track success metrics like cost, risk posture, and reliability while collaborating with cross-functional teams across Channels, Communications, and Personalization. The role requires expertise in product development life cycle, design, and data analytics. You will specifically address the technical challenge of creating scalable, resilient, and stable AI-driven or agentic product experiences and personalization engines.
Develop a product strategy and vision that delivers clear value to customers.
Manage discovery efforts and market research to integrate customer solutions into the product roadmap.
Own and maintain the product backlog to support the strategic roadmap and value proposition.
Build frameworks to track key success metrics including cost, functionality, risk posture, and reliability.
Translate data and research into actionable messaging, entry points, and notification strategies.
Lead the end-to-end product life cycle from discovery and ideation to requirements definition.
Align cross-functional teams across Channels, Communications, and Personalization to deliver scalable experiences.
What we're looking for
5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area.
Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics.
Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management.
Strong stakeholder management skills to align cross-functional teams and drive decisions independently without escalation.
Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization (preferred).
Experience with AI-driven or agentic product experiences, personalization engines, or proactive customer communication platforms (preferred).
