As a Product Manager - Insurance, you will join the Business Banking team to build a new, digital-led Property & Casualty Insurance agency business. You will act as a core leader responsible for the end-to-end product life cycle, creating new product capabilities that provide customer value. Your daily responsibilities include developing product strategy and vision, managing discovery efforts, and maintaining the product backlog to support the strategic roadmap. You will track key success metrics like cost, risk posture, and reliability while driving platform integration using APIs, microservices, data platforms, and partner capabilities. The role requires advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics. You will solve business problems by translating market research into scalable, stable products for small business clients.

Experience in insurance, especially working with insurance agencies (preferred).
