JOB TITLE: Product Management Lead – Trust Platform As a senior product leader, you will own the Trust Platform end to end, reporting directly to the Chief Responsible AI Officer. You will lead the product strategy and roadmap for capabilities spanning trust and safety, identity and fraud risk, and compliance and data governance. Your daily responsibilities include translating Responsible AI principles into concrete requirements, making platform architecture decisions, and managing a team of product managers and potentially engineers. You must prioritize stakeholder needs across legal, security, and sales teams while conducting vendor evaluations. The role requires 15+ years of experience, including expertise in regulated environments and AI governance frameworks like the EU AI Act or NIST AI RMF. You will solve complex problems regarding trust in AI and digital systems.

What you'll do

Own the end-to-end product strategy and roadmap for the Trust Platform.
Translate Responsible AI principles into concrete platform requirements for legal, security, and compliance teams.
Make prioritization and trade-off decisions across engineering, legal, sales, and client delivery stakeholders.
Lead platform architecture decisions and build versus buy calls in partnership with engineering leadership.
Manage, hire, and perform performance reviews for a team of product managers and engineers.
Provide executive-level reporting on platform health, risk posture, and adoption to senior leadership and regulators.
Evaluate vendors and partners for trust, identity, fraud, and compliance technologies.

What we're looking for

15+ years in product management.
At least 5 years in a senior leadership role owning a platform or major product line.
Direct experience building or scaling products in trust and safety, identity/fraud, risk, or compliance and data governance.
Experience across more than one of these areas is strongly preferred.
Track record of operating in regulated or high-scrutiny environments.
Success taking products from concept to GA, including at least one 0-to-1 launch and one scaling experience.
Experience managing people, including product managers and engineers.
Strong technical fluency to have credible conversations with engineering on architecture and trade-offs.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Prior experience at a large IT services, consulting, or enterprise software company (preferred).
Familiarity with AI governance frameworks and emerging AI regulation (preferred).
Experience partnering with a Chief Trust Officer, Chief Risk Officer, or Chief Responsible AI Officer (preferred).
