Product Management Analyst, Data Platform & Governance

What you'll do

• Own the product vision, roadmap, and metrics for data products including pipelines, quality rules, and dashboards.
• Translate stakeholder requirements into prioritized epics, features, and user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
• Lead Scrum ceremonies and manage the product backlog to ensure predictable delivery of high-quality data products.
• Write and review SQL to validate datasets across environments and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Manage metadata, lineage, and data quality rules using Collibra or similar data catalog tools.
• Partner with data engineers to define requirements for schema design, partitioning, indexing, and performance optimization.
• Create technical artifacts such as data dictionaries, business rules, and lineage diagrams for stakeholders.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager delivering data-centric products like analytics and governance.
• Proficiency in SQL for validating datasets and troubleshooting issues.
• Proven ability to run Scrum ceremonies and translate complex requirements into actionable user stories.
• Experience with Collibra or other Data Catalog tools for metadata, lineage, and quality rules.
• Knowledge of modern data stacks including AWS/Azure, data lakes, and warehouse environments.
• Ability to collaborate with engineering teams on schema design, partitioning, and performance optimization.
• Strong communication skills to lead discovery workshops and present results to business leadership.
