Product Management Analyst, Data Platform & Governance

What you'll do

• Own the product vision and roadmap for data products, including datasets, pipelines, and dashboards.
• Convert stakeholder requirements into epics, features, and user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
• Run Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, and Backlog Refinement.
• Write and review SQL to validate datasets across different environments.
• Establish stewardship workflows, naming conventions, and certification processes with the Governance team.
• Manage metadata, lineage, and data quality rules using Collibra or similar data catalog tools.
• Provide requirements for schema design, partitioning, and performance optimization to data engineers.
• Create data dictionaries, business rules, lineage diagrams, and release notes for stakeholders.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience as a Product Management delivering data-centric products.
• 2+ years of related experience.
• Proficiency in SQL.
• Proven ability to run Scrum end-to-end and translate complex requirements into actionable user stories.
• Excellent communication skills to present to clients and collaborate across engineering, governance, and business teams.
• Experience with Collibra or another Data Catalog tool (preferred).
• Exposure to modern data stacks like AWS/Azure and experience supporting federal, healthcare, or enterprise-scale data programs (preferred).
