The Senior Product Associate - Data Management & Data Governance — Data & Analytics Agent Platform joins the Data & Analytics Team to build and scale agentic workflows. This hands-on role involves translating data management and governance processes into working agents, tools, and orchestrations rather than documentation. You will decompose multi-step processes into agent-executable task graphs, designing prompts, instructions, and retrieval strategies while managing the full agent lifecycle from prototyping to production monitoring. Key responsibilities include mapping platform APIs, identifying capability gaps, and co-developing new APIs with platform engineering. Required skills include Python, agent frameworks, RAG patterns, and experience with REST and event-driven patterns. You will apply domain knowledge of metadata, lineage, and classification to automate governance activities like access-request triage and data quality triage within a regulated environment.
Build and scale agentic workflows on the Data & Analytics Agent Platform to automate data management and governance activities.
Decompose multi-step governance processes into agent-executable task graphs including prompt design, memory, and human-in-the-loop checkpoints.
Map existing platform APIs to target workflows and partner with engineering to co-develop new APIs where capability gaps exist.
Write requirements, epics, and user stories to support the product development life cycle.
Manage the full agent lifecycle from prototyping and evaluation to hardening, release, and production monitoring.
Create reusable agent patterns and tool libraries to enable other teams to compose agents without re-solving common problems.
Apply data governance expertise to ensure agents respect classification, entitlements, and cross-border constraints by design.
Report delivery and impact metrics, such as hours displaced and agent reliability, to senior management.
What we're looking for
3+ years of experience in product management or a relevant domain area.
3+ years in engineering, data platform, or technical solution delivery with recent hands-on experience building production LLM-based or agentic applications.
Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle, including discovery and requirements definition.
Proficiency in Python and current agent frameworks, orchestration tooling, RAG patterns, vector stores, and multi-agent orchestration.
Demonstrated ability to build against enterprise APIs with a strong grasp of REST, event-driven patterns, and authentication models.
Experience designing evaluation and monitoring for non-deterministic systems, including offline evals, regression testing, and production observability.
Working knowledge of data management and data governance concepts such as metadata, lineage, classification, and entitlements.
Prior work automating risk, control, or governance processes in a regulated environment (preferred); experience in financial services (preferred).
