As a Senior Data Product Manager, Analytical Data Products, you will join the Data, Digital, and Analytics team to drive the development, execution, and optimization of strategic data products. You will function as an autonomous product leader responsible for defining vision, managing backlogs, and leading cross-functional squads to deliver scalable solutions. Your daily work involves bridging the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams while ensuring adherence to FAIR data standards, Semantic Layer concepts, and enterprise governance policies like HIPAA and GDPR. You will utilize a technical toolkit including SQL, big data technologies, cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure, and observability tools like Informatica Data Quality, Collibra, or Monte Carlo. The role focuses on solving complex healthcare challenges by integrating analytics into digital platforms to improve patient outcomes through automated, data-driven actions.
Develop and communicate a value-driven product vision and roadmap aligned with organizational objectives.
Lead end-to-end execution of the analytical data product lifecycle and manage the product backlog.
Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to manage demand and prioritize requests.
Establish and maintain enterprise data quality frameworks, metrics, and integrity standards.
Guide cross-functional teams in adhering to modern data architecture principles like data mesh and FAIR standards.
Monitor system health and usage data to drive product innovation and maximize return on investment.
Ensure all products comply with data governance policies and regulatory standards such as HIPAA and GDPR.
What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Operations, Marketing, Data Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.
5+ years of combined experience in product management, data management, AI, software development, or equivalent experience.
Technical fluency with big data technologies, relational and non-relational databases, SQL, and cloud-based platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
Working knowledge of Semantic Layer concepts, data lifecycle management, enterprise data governance frameworks, and FAIR data principles.
Proficiency in modern data observability, data quality, governance, and lineage tools such as Informatica Data Quality, Collibra, or Monte Carlo.
Proven experience collaborating with Legal, Compliance, and Privacy teams to ensure adherence to regulatory standards like HIPAA and GDPR.
Advanced degree such as an MBA or related graduate-level qualification (preferred).
Professional experience in life sciences or other complex data-rich environments, relevant certifications, or experience with CRM systems (preferred).
