Product Management Advisor I

What you'll do

• Manage day-to-day operations for credit card products, including responding to inquiries from sales, vendors, and clients.
• Define, prioritize, and deliver product enhancements while ensuring compliance with regulatory and risk requirements.
• Coordinate with technology and implementation teams to plan, scope, and launch initiatives on schedule.
• Maintain comprehensive product documentation regarding features, pricing, positioning, and go-to-market strategies.
• Manage product financials by monitoring revenue, costs, margins, and creating forecasts and business cases.
• Analyze portfolio data to identify trends and provide actionable growth recommendations for client meetings.
• Manage third-party vendor relationships regarding roadmaps, service levels, and contract performance.
• Create executive-level presentations to communicate product value and data-driven insights to internal and external stakeholders.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Finance, Marketing, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 6+ years of experience in product management for credit card or payments products for issuer portfolios.
• 6+ years of experience managing product financials, including forecasting, pricing, and P&L performance for consumer credit cards.
• 6+ years of experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Technology, Legal, Compliance, Risk, and external vendors in a regulated environment.
• Proficiency analyzing portfolio data and KPIs using SQL and a data visualization tool like Tableau or Power BI.
• Ability to create executive presentations and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience consulting with issuer financial institutions on credit card portfolio growth and optimization (preferred).
• Work authorization to be considered for this role.
