Product Management Advisor

What you'll do

• Define and execute product strategy, roadmaps, and lifecycle plans for Branch Solutions based on market opportunities.
• Gather requirements from customers and internal stakeholders to translate insights into product enhancements.
• Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and improve product differentiation.
• Manage product portfolios, pricing strategies, and delivery plans to align with business objectives.
• Partner with engineering, sales, marketing, and support teams to coordinate product releases and launches.
• Monitor product performance using key performance indicators and client feedback to inform roadmap decisions.
• Create and deliver product content and positioning materials to support internal readiness and sales effectiveness.
• Oversee cross-functional execution to ensure integrations and enhancements meet clear requirements and measurable outcomes.

What we're looking for

• You must possess valid and unrestricted U.S. work authorization.
• Bachelor’s Degree in business, technology, finance, or a related field is required, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 6+ years of experience in product management including ownership of planning, roadmap development, and lifecycle execution.
• 6+ years of experience managing products or solutions using API integration approaches in a technology or financial services environment.
• 6+ years of experience creating release roadmaps and prioritization plans to support product strategy and business objectives.
• 6+ years of experience analyzing complex business and technical concepts to make balanced decisions and define actionable requirements.
• 6+ years of experience leading products through multiple lifecycle stages including planning, launch, enhancement, and performance management.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams like engineering, sales, marketing, and support in a matrixed organization.
