AI Product Manager: Advisor

What you'll do

• Lead internal and external client beta programs for AI Gateway and platform products.
• Own, prioritize, and sequence the product backlog while writing clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Partner with Architecture and Engineering to test feature feasibility and translate technical capabilities into requirements.
• Research market trends and competitive activity to articulate specific product requirements and positioning.
• Develop marketing plans, pricing strategies, and business plans to distinguish products in the marketplace.
• Track beta metrics and provide feature documentation to support go-to-market readiness.
• Leverage user interaction data and model accuracy metrics to validate product performance and commercial value.

What we're looking for

• Must have 10 years of experience in building software or platform products.
• Must have hands-on experience running client betas, user testing, or early-adopter programs.
• Must be able to travel up to 25% for business meetings, training, and conferences.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid capacity at least 1 day per week in specific office locations.
• Must have experience working in highly regulatory environments.
• Must be able to translate high-level product strategy into prioritized backlogs, user stories, and actionable releases.
• Must be able to leverage user interaction data and model accuracy metrics to validate product performance.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Business, or Information Systems (preferred).
• Experience with Agile development (preferred).
• Financial services industry experience (preferred).
