What you'll do

Engineer innovative semiconductor equipment and process design solutions to resolve customer issues and improve product quality.
Lead product development projects from initial prototyping through deployment and field support.
Design and conduct experiments, tests, and prototypes to solve complex technical problems.
Present technical analyses and recommendations clearly to internal teams and customers.
Provide technical support for installing, diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing complex product issues.
Engage directly with customers at their sites to provide real-time solutions and support new releases.
Work in cleanroom labs and customer semiconductor fab environments to perform engineering tasks.

What we're looking for

A Bachelor's degree with 12 years of experience, a Master's with 8+ years, or a PhD with 5+ years is required.
Equivalent experience to the specified educational and experience requirements is acceptable.
Exceptional analytical and experimental design skills are required.
Creative thinking, problem-solving, and troubleshooting capabilities are required.
Exceptionally clear communication and presentation skills are required.
Ability to travel up to 25% of the time for customer site visits is required.
Prior product design and technical engineering experience is preferred.
Experience with semiconductor hardware or leading cross-functional teams is preferred.
