As a Product Engineer 4 within the Customer Support Business Group, you will drive product development for critical semiconductor equipment and processes. You will collaborate with cross-functional and cross-cultural teams to engineer innovative design solutions, improve product quality, and resolve complex technical problems. Your daily responsibilities include supporting product development from prototyping through deployment, designing experiments, and providing technical support for installation, troubleshooting, and debugging. What we're looking for
Must have 8 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree.
Must have 6+ years of experience with a Master's degree in Material Science, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Optics, Physics, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
Must have 3+ years of experience with a PhD.
Must have equivalent experience to the degree and years of experience requirements.
Must possess exceptional analytical and experimental design skills.
Must have exceptional clear communication and presentation skills.
Must be comfortable traveling up to 25% of the time.
Prior product design and technical engineering experience is beneficial (preferred).
