Executive Product Solutions Director, Agent Platform Engineer, Chief Data & Analytics Office, Fusion Platform

What you'll do

• Craft complex solutions and assess risks to improve customer experience through new and existing products.
• Develop strategic roadmaps for data governance initiatives, including next-generation tooling and AI-for-data capabilities.
• Partner with Sales teams to advise on strategic pricing, develop training materials, and oversee RFP responses.
• Collaborate with engineers and stakeholders to define use cases, requirements, and technical dependencies.
• Translate business requirements into production-ready solutions while ensuring alignment with stakeholder needs.
• Manage the collection and delivery of client feedback to product development teams.
• Communicate complex technical concepts and data governance strategies effectively to senior leadership.
• Define customer-centric solution approaches that connect data capabilities to measurable business outcomes.

What we're looking for

• 8+ years of experience leading and developing solutions across multiple teams and a cluster of products.
• 8+ years of experience developing enterprise-wide data, data governance, or AI strategy for large, complex organizations.
• 8+ years of experience as a product manager, product designer, engineer, data analyst, data scientist, or user researcher.
• Extensive experience facilitating sales cycle activities and developing and optimizing strategies and processes.
• Demonstrable experience structuring and handling complex solutions for business problems to meet client needs.
• Understanding and hands-on experience building agentic AI systems within regulated or compliance-driven environments.
• Solid written and spoken communication skills to convey technical concepts to both technical and business audiences.
• Ability to drive end-to-end delivery from gathering requirements through implementation while managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
• Experience in regulated industries with exposure to model risk management, audit trails, and compliance-driven engineering (preferred).
• Experience building evaluation frameworks for LLM-based systems and production-grade pipelines (preferred).
• Familiarity with agent security concerns, responsible AI practices, and cloud-native AI infrastructure (preferred).
• Experience contributing to developer-facing SDKs or platform tooling (preferred).
