Executive Product Solutions Director, Agent Platform Engineer, Chief Data & Analytics Office, Fusion Platform

What you'll do

• Craft complex product solutions and assess risks to enhance the customer experience.
• Develop and manage strategic roadmaps for data governance initiatives and AI-for-data capabilities.
• Partner with Sales to advise on strategic pricing, develop training collateral, and oversee RFP responses.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and engineers to define use cases, requirements, and technical dependencies.
• Manage the collection of client feedback and oversee its delivery to Product teams.
• Ensure end-to-end relevance to stakeholder needs from initial requirement gathering through production delivery.
• Communicate complex technical ideas and results effectively to senior leaders and collaborators.
• Partner with business, technology, and control stakeholders to deploy solutions into production responsibly.

What we're looking for

• 8+ years of experience leading and developing solutions across multiple teams and a cluster of products.
• 8+ years of experience developing enterprise-wide data, data governance, or AI strategy for large, complex organizations.
• 8+ years of experience as a product manager, product designer, engineer, data analyst, data scientist, or user researcher.
• Extensive experience facilitating sales cycle activities and developing and optimizing strategies and processes.
• Demonstrable experience structuring and handling complex solutions for business problems to meet clients’ needs.
• Understanding and hands-on experience building agentic AI systems within regulated or compliance-driven environments.
• Solid written and spoken communication skills to convey technical concepts to both technical and business audiences.
• Direct experience with MCP, regulated industry experience, and building LLM evaluation frameworks (preferred).
