What you'll do

Define and drive the product strategy for the STEP application to align 1LOD testing needs with 2LOD compliance objectives.
Lead customer discovery and workflow analysis to translate user pain points into a prioritized product roadmap.
Identify and lead the integration of AI and agentic workflows to automate insights and decision support.
Manage the product backlog by defining epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria aligned to business outcomes.
Deliver software iteratively using agile practices and small, empowered teams to accelerate time-to-value.
Establish and track success metrics like tester productivity and risk posture to guide investment decisions.
Evaluate build versus partner decisions for emerging technologies while balancing speed, scalability, and risk.
Support go-to-market strategies, including launch planning, training, and documentation to drive user adoption.

What we're looking for

10 years of experience delivering products, projects, or technology applications at scale.
Demonstrated experience owning and delivering products across the full product lifecycle with accountability for outcomes and performance.
Hands-on experience delivering AI-enabled capabilities in production, including NLP, intelligent automation, and decision support.
Experience incorporating agentic patterns and workflows into products with an emphasis on control, transparency, and auditability.
Proven ability to deliver in an iterative, fast-paced model using short development cycles and small teams.
Strong stakeholder management skills across Engineering, UI/UX Design, Data, Compliance, and senior leadership.
Proven track record leading large, complex initiatives with strong written and oral communication at a senior executive level.
Understanding of risk and controls concepts in risk management, assessment, control evaluations, or testing.
Experience working in or closely with audit, compliance, or risk management (preferred).
Experience with modern data and analytics tools such as Databricks, ThoughtSpot, Genie, Sigma, Prophecy, or Python (preferred).
