Product Owner, Controls Room

What you'll do

• Support product strategy and delivery for the Controls Room Product ecosystem to align with user needs and oversight objectives.
• Lead customer discovery activities to translate user pain points into a prioritized product roadmap and backlog.
• Execute rapid prototyping and short development cycles using an agile Pizza POD model.
• Own the product backlog by writing and refining epics, user stories, and testable acceptance criteria.
• Identify and support the responsible deployment of AI-enabled workflows and NLP-driven insights.
• Partner with Engineering, Data Science, and Design to build scalable and resilient technical solutions.
• Establish and track success metrics to guide product prioritization and iterative improvements.
• Manage go-to-market activities including launch planning, user training, and post-launch support.

What we're looking for

• 3+ years of relevant experience in product management, business analysis, project delivery, process improvement, or technology enablement.
• Demonstrated experience contributing to product delivery across the lifecycle including discovery, delivery, adoption, and optimization.
• Proven ability to deliver iteratively in a fast-paced model using short development cycles and small teams.
• Strong backlog and requirements skills including writing epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Strong stakeholder management skills to align outcomes, negotiate trade-offs, and drive timely decisions.
• Understanding of risk and controls concepts such as risk assessment, control evaluations, and testing.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
