What you'll do

  • Define and execute multi-year product strategies for backroom operations, inventory movement, and connected building technologies.
  • Integrate AI, IoT, automation, and computer vision to improve operational performance and associate experiences.
  • Conduct research and field engagement to translate user needs into scalable, high-value product solutions.
  • Manage the product roadmap across multiple domains while balancing technical feasibility, business value, and speed-to-market.
  • Lead decisions regarding platform investments, architecture, build-versus-buy evaluations, and ecosystem partnerships.
  • Establish measurement frameworks to track adoption, value realization, and data-driven performance metrics.
  • Influence cross-functional stakeholders in engineering, supply chain, and real estate to align on strategic priorities.
  • Mentor and develop high-performing product management teams through coaching on strategy and execution.

What we're looking for

  • A Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field is required with 11 years of product management experience.
  • Alternatively, the role accepts 13 years of experience in product management or a related area without a specific degree.
  • Experience leading large-scale enterprise, operations, platform, or retail technology products is required.
  • Proven success defining product vision and developing long-term strategies for complex portfolios is required.
  • Experience leveraging AI, machine learning, analytics, automation, IoT, or connected-device ecosystems to solve business problems is required.
  • Ability to translate emerging technologies into scalable business value and manage multi-team stakeholder environments is required.
  • Proven track record of building, developing, and mentoring high-performing product management teams is required.
  • A Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration is preferred.
