What you'll do

Lead the end-to-end product development of a new, ground-up application within the Control Management space.
Unify reference hierarchies across compliance and operational risk frameworks to ensure consistency and interoperability.
Translate high-level stakeholder requirements into actionable tasks for Product Owners and Agile development teams.
Execute a spec-driven delivery process including rapid prototyping using AI tools like Claude Code and GitHub Copilot.
Design and implement AI-first features to embed intelligent assistance directly into core control workflows.
Manage relationships with business leaders to build and maintain long-term product roadmaps.
Provide subject matter expertise and impact analysis to influence end-to-end implementation across Control Room teams.
Deliver cost-effective, automated reporting and actionable insights to improve firmwide decision-making.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Math, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or Engineering.
6+ years of experience working with technology partners to develop products.
Advanced experience translating user requests into technical requirements using Agile tools like JIRA.
Experience applying agile methodology for product development and driving delivery across cross-functional teams.
Experience with AI-assisted development/prototyping tools (e.g., Claude Code, GitHub Copilot) and implementing agentic workflows.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to engage with diverse functional groups at all levels.
Knowledge of data analytics and AI tools such as Tableau, Alteryx, or Python (preferred).
Experience in financial services, auditing, compliance, consulting, or risk management (preferred).
