As a Product Delivery Manager - Threat Detection & Analytics, you will join the Global Security Threat Detection & Analytics team to lead end-to-end delivery for Insider Threat, Strategic Threats, and Workplace Violence programs. You will serve as the central coordination point between product strategy and technology execution, translating program needs into initiatives, epics, and user stories. Your daily responsibilities include managing dependencies, tracking KPIs like operational effectiveness and user adoption, and maintaining an operating cadence of sprint reviews and risk management. You will coordinate with engineering, data, analytics, and platform teams to build capabilities while ensuring compliance with legal and privacy requirements. The role requires expertise in product engineering concepts, roadmap ownership, and data fluency to solve complex security problems within a regulated environment.
Lead end-to-end product delivery for Insider Threat, Strategic Threats, and Workplace Violence programs.
Coordinate between product management and technology partners to manage dependencies and remove execution blockers.
Translate program needs into specific initiatives, epics, and user stories with clear requirements and acceptance criteria.
Define and track key performance indicators for operational effectiveness, quality, reliability, and user adoption.
Maintain a consistent operating cadence including roadmap reviews, sprint reviews, and risk and issue management.
Manage scope, timeline, quality, and cost across multiple workstreams while providing executive-level communications.
Ensure all product capabilities align with legal, privacy, and governance requirements.
Support change management and adoption planning, including training needs and documentation for new capabilities.
What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field such as security studies, intelligence studies, computer science, cybersecurity, data analysis, or a related discipline.
Formal training or certification on product engineering concepts and 5+ years of applied experience.
5+ years of experience in product management, product delivery, program management, or related roles with demonstrated roadmap ownership and delivery accountability.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional delivery across multiple teams and workstreams, including planning, sequencing, dependency management, risk and issue management, and executive reporting.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare executive-ready briefings and synthesize complex topics for diverse stakeholder audiences.
Experience operating in a controlled or regulated environment with demonstrated sensitivity to legal, privacy, and risk considerations.
Ability to influence and drive alignment across multiple programs and teams without relying on formal authority.
Prior experience within a global security or comparable enterprise security organization delivering products used by operational threat programs (preferred).
