Product Delivery Manager, Identity Access Management

What you'll do

• Develop a product strategy and vision that delivers high value to customers using modern technology.
• Manage discovery efforts and market research to integrate customer solutions into the product roadmap.
• Own and maintain the product backlog to support the strategic roadmap and value proposition.
• Lead end-to-end product delivery processes including intake, dependency management, release management, and performance reporting.
• Build frameworks to track key success metrics such as cost, risk posture, reliability, and functionality.
• Lead change management activities to ensure adherence to risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
• Manage timelines and dependencies while monitoring blockers and ensuring adequate resourcing.
• Drive product health reviews and reporting regarding platform performance, adoption, and incidents.

What we're looking for

• 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product delivery or a relevant domain area.
• Demonstrated ability to execute operational management and change readiness activities.
• Strong understanding of delivery and a proven track record of implementing continuous improvement processes.
• Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics.
• Experience in data product or platform-wide release management, including deployment processes and strategies.
• Experience in Databricks or Data warehouse / Lakehouse platforms.
