What you'll do

  • Define and evangelize the commercial strategy and product roadmap for threat intelligence and detection engineering.
  • Lead cross-functional teams through product development using rapid iteration and customer-centric innovation.
  • Align threat intelligence and AI initiatives with long-term business goals and executive leadership priorities.
  • Commission research to address emerging threat landscapes and identify new capabilities for the platform.
  • Establish OKRs and prioritize backlogs for threat hunting, detection, and AI-related initiatives.
  • Communicate product vision and strategic roadmaps to internal stakeholders and technical leadership teams.
  • Collaborate with engineering and security research teams to ensure high-value, differentiated product features.
  • Drive organizational buy-in across sales, marketing, and operations to improve detection efficacy and efficiency.

What we're looking for

  • Must have at least 7 years of progressive experience in cybersecurity with expertise in threat intelligence, hunting, detection engineering, incident response, or security research.
  • Must have 10+ years of product management experience, including at least 3 years at a director level managing complex, cross-functional teams for enterprise products.
  • Proven track record of taking products from strategy through successful market launch with quantifiable results in revenue, adoption, or market share.
  • Must possess executive presence to communicate cybersecurity strategy and innovation to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Understanding of conversational AI, large language models (LLMs), and machine learning applications in cybersecurity is preferred.
  • Experience in threat intelligence, managed security services (MSS), managed detection and response (MDR), or SOCs is preferred.
  • Experience in a fast-growth cybersecurity company or within a security labs/innovation division is preferred.
  • Export control laws and regulations, including the Export Administration Regulations (“EAR”).
