Product Delivery Manager Agile Lead

What you'll do

• Serve as an Agile Lead and Scrum Master to facilitate ceremonies and coach teams on Agile principles.
• Manage end-to-end delivery planning including scoping, milestones, capacity, dependencies, and risk management.
• Drive Agile transformation initiatives to improve operating models, tooling, and team maturity.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to align priorities and manage trade-offs for clear decision-making.
• Establish and maintain delivery metrics such as throughput, cycle time, and quality signals for leadership reporting.
• Identify systemic bottlenecks and lead retrospectives to drive continuous improvements in speed and quality.
• Coordinate integrated planning and manage dependencies across multiple teams and workstreams.
• Ensure all delivery artifacts and routines comply with required governance and control expectations.

What we're looking for

• Experience as a Scrum Master and/or Agile Lead with a strong understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and Lean fundamentals.
• Proven experience in delivery management within a product and technology environment involving multiple workstreams and stakeholders.
• Ability to influence without authority through strong facilitation, conflict resolution, and communication skills.
• Demonstrated track record of improving delivery outcomes like predictability, cycle time, and quality using data.
• Comfort working in regulated or controlled environments with various governance touchpoints.
• Strong organizational skills to manage competing priorities, ambiguity, and shifting timelines.
• CSM/PSM, SAFe (SSM/SA/POPM), ICAgile, or equivalent certifications (preferred).
• Experience with Agile transformation at scale, modern product delivery practices, and familiarity with Jira/Confluence (preferred).
