What you'll do

  • Lead requirements gathering for new features and enhancements to the portfolio construction platform.
  • Translate business needs into technical specifications for developers, engineers, and UX designers.
  • Oversee a robust data environment to support internal and external portfolio risk and analytics tools.
  • Implement and manage data quality checks across all analytical platforms.
  • Conduct product acceptance testing and validation for new features and functionalities.
  • Define solutions for portfolio risk modeling, manager research, and optimization tools.
  • Drive the delivery of products from initial concept through to market launch.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Business Information Systems, Mathematics, or Finance related fields.
  • 3+ years of business analysis and/or systems analysis experience.
  • Strong experience acting as a product analyst across multiple and different product lifecycles.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills with strong interpersonal and teamwork abilities.
  • Ability to translate user needs into measurable product improvements through a customer-obsessed mindset.
  • Experience in leading requirements gathering, conducting product acceptance testing, and ensuring data quality.
  • Knowledge of portfolio construction, Investment Management, Wealth Management techniques, and various investment products (preferred).
  • Experience encouraging and improving an Agile way of working.
