Procurement Product Activation Manager

What you'll do

• Own procurement implementations for Commercial and upper Mid-Market accounts from initial contract to go-live.
• Map existing customer procurement workflows and design future-state processes on the Ramp platform.
• Manage change management processes with CFOs, controllers, and finance operations teams.
• Activate Bill Pay features for customers when bundled with procurement services.
• Provide structured product feedback to Engineering and Product teams based on implementation observations.
• Partner with Account Executives and Account Managers to resolve configuration questions during pre-close or expansion phases.
• Manage 50–60 active implementations per quarter while ensuring customers hit go-live dates on schedule.
• Create and improve internal processes, such as playbooks and feedback loops, for the broader team.

What we're looking for

• Candidates must possess deep experience in procure-to-pay workflows, including PO creation, approval routing, invoice matching, and ERP sync.
• Experience managing or configuring procurement tools like Coupa, Zip, Procurify, Stampli, or Ivalua is required.
• Must demonstrate customer-facing confidence to lead structured discovery and manage calls with multiple decision-makers.
• Ability to work independently and quickly adapt to frequent product updates and new features.
• Capability to identify and communicate technical product limitations versus user errors to Engineering teams.
• Experience in implementation, solutions, or customer success at a procurement software company is preferred.
• Familiarity with NetSuite, QuickBooks, or other ERP systems and their integration with procurement tools is preferred.
• A consulting background or experience in structured discovery to gather clear requirements is preferred.
