What you'll do

Manage the transition from legacy vendor systems to an internally built core for card acquisitions.
Develop a comprehensive understanding of Decisioning as a Service platforms to anticipate system interdependencies.
Translate business unit priorities into technical requirements for decisioning platform improvements.
Create feedback loops with engineering teams to improve acquisition service capabilities and move toward self-service.
Map long-term roadmaps across the decisioning ecosystem to scope and prioritize business initiatives.
Collaborate with architecture and engineering leads to refine complex acquisition solutions.
Identify necessary resources for delivery while leading trade-off conversations regarding project prioritization.
Coordinate with Legal, Compliance, and Risk teams to ensure all new initiatives meet regulatory controls.

What we're looking for

Must have a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a quantitative field, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Alternatively, must have a Bachelor's degree in any field and at least 3 years of Product Management experience.
Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer-facing digital products is preferred.
Ability to work across platforms to solve complex multi-domain and multi-dimensional problems.
Proficiency in human-centered design to innovate product solutions based on customer needs.
Ability to deliver results through a focus on business outcomes and execution excellence.
Capability to leverage technology to deliver innovative and resilient solutions for long-term value.
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and resolve complex problems while mitigating product risks.
