What you'll do

  • Manage the transition from legacy vendor systems to an internally built core for card acquisitions.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of Decisioning as a Service platforms to anticipate system interdependencies.
  • Translate business unit priorities into technical requirements for decisioning platform improvements.
  • Create feedback loops with engineering teams to improve acquisition service capabilities and move toward self-service.
  • Map long-term roadmaps across the decisioning ecosystem to scope and prioritize business initiatives.
  • Collaborate with architecture and engineering leads to refine complex acquisition solutions.
  • Identify necessary resources for delivery while leading trade-off conversations regarding project prioritization.
  • Coordinate with Legal, Compliance, and Risk teams to ensure all new initiatives meet regulatory controls.

What we're looking for

  • Must have a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a quantitative field, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Alternatively, must have a Bachelor's degree in any field and at least 3 years of Product Management experience.
  • Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer-facing digital products is preferred.
  • Ability to work across platforms to solve complex multi-domain and multi-dimensional problems.
  • Proficiency in human-centered design to innovate product solutions based on customer needs.
  • Ability to deliver results through a focus on business outcomes and execution excellence.
  • Capability to leverage technology to deliver innovative and resilient solutions for long-term value.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and resolve complex problems while mitigating product risks.
