Manager, Product Management, Acquisition Service joins a team focused on orchestrating end-to-end innovative real-time, intelligent experiences to drive growth in card acquisitions. As a horizontal product manager, you will work at the interface of business and technology to solve complex multi-domain problems. Key responsibilities include driving the Card Acquisitions financial-core modernization from a legacy vendor to an internally built core, managing Decisioning as a Service platforms, and collaborating with engineering teams to create continuous feedback loops. You will identify resources for delivery, manage trade-off conversations, and partner with Ops, Legal, Compliance, and Risk to ensure well-managed launches. Required competencies include human-centered design, business focus, technology-driven solutions, integrated problem solving, and transformational leadership to improve acquisitions service capabilities and move toward self-serve models.
Drive the Card Acquisitions financial-core modernization from legacy vendor to the new internally built core.
Develop an end-to-end understanding of Decisioning as a Service platforms to anticipate system interplays.
Partner with internal business units to identify and prioritize strategic needs from Decisioning Platforms.
Collaborate with engineering teams to create feedback loops for improving acquisitions service capabilities.
Scope and prioritize business initiatives based on long-term roadmaps across the decisioning ecosystem.
Identify required resources for initiative delivery and lead prioritization and trade-off conversations.
Partner with Legal, Compliance, and Risk teams to identify and implement necessary controls for launches.
Lead the development and execution of end-to-end testing scenarios and validations for new initiatives.
What we're looking for
Must have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field, Business, or Marketing.
Must have a Bachelor's degree in any field and at least 3 years of Product Management experience.
Must demonstrate proficiency in human-centered design, business focus, technology-driven solutions, integrated problem solving, and transformational leadership.
Must be able to work horizontally across platforms to solve complex multi-domain and multi-dimensional problems.
Must be able to lead cross-functional teams to drive organizational alignment and solve customer problems.
Must be able to translate business strategy and analysis into consumer-facing digital products (preferred).
