What you'll do

Lead sourcing, procurement, and commercial strategy for data center electrical and mechanical programs across the Americas.
Develop sourcing strategies for long lead equipment including switchgear, generators, transformers, and cooling systems.
Drive supplier engagement and negotiations regarding master agreements, pricing, schedule commitments, and risk allocation.
Manage equipment demand planning, manufacturing lead times, and delivery sequencing to meet deployment timelines.
Identify and mitigate supply chain, commercial, and technical risks impacting infrastructure availability and project schedules.
Lead supplier performance governance through executive engagement, escalation management, and recovery planning.
Drive cost optimization through strategic sourcing, value engineering, and competitive bidding while maintaining quality standards.
Establish procurement governance, forecasting, and reporting metrics to provide leadership visibility into spend and supply chain health.

What we're looking for

A Master's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Materials Science, or related field and 3+ years of relevant experience.
A Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Materials Science, or related field and 4+ years of relevant experience.
Equivalent experience to the specified educational and experience requirements.
Ability to pass a Microsoft Cloud background check every two years.
Master's degree and 6+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain, sourcing, engineering, operations, or sales (preferred).
Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain, sourcing, engineering, operations, or sales (preferred).
