What you'll do

  • Lead sourcing, procurement, and commercial strategy for data center electrical and mechanical programs across the Americas.
  • Develop sourcing strategies for long lead equipment including switchgear, generators, transformers, and cooling systems.
  • Drive supplier engagement and negotiations regarding master agreements, pricing, schedule commitments, and risk allocation.
  • Manage equipment demand planning, manufacturing lead times, and delivery sequencing to meet deployment timelines.
  • Identify and mitigate supply chain, commercial, and technical risks impacting infrastructure availability and project schedules.
  • Lead supplier performance governance through executive engagement, escalation management, and recovery planning.
  • Drive cost optimization through strategic sourcing, value engineering, and competitive bidding while maintaining quality standards.
  • Establish procurement governance, forecasting, and reporting metrics to provide leadership visibility into spend and supply chain health.

What we're looking for

  • A Master's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Materials Science, or related field and 3+ years of relevant experience.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Materials Science, or related field and 4+ years of relevant experience.
  • Equivalent experience to the specified educational and experience requirements.
  • Ability to pass a Microsoft Cloud background check every two years.
  • Master's degree and 6+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain, sourcing, engineering, operations, or sales (preferred).
  • Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain, sourcing, engineering, operations, or sales (preferred).
