What you'll do

  • Draft, negotiate, and execute procurement contracts, amendments, and SOWs for data center equipment and services.
  • Manage the full contract lifecycle from initial sourcing award through signature and purchase order readiness.
  • Ensure agreements include accurate pricing, delivery commitments, warranties, payment terms, and necessary risk protections.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for suppliers and lessors to resolve commercial disputes and issues.
  • Partner with legal, engineering, and finance teams to align contracts with business requirements and infrastructure goals.
  • Monitor contract pipelines to improve cycle times, reduce rework, and meet performance SLAs.
  • Standardize contracting templates and processes using data, automation, and AI tools.
  • Proactively identify and escalate risks that could delay equipment orders or data center capacity.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, Engineering, Law, or a related field.
  • Master's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing, commercial management, contract management, or a related discipline for candidates with a Master's degree.
  • 4+ years of experience in data science, analytics, finance, project management, supply chain, and/or operations for candidates with a Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience drafting, negotiating, and executing complex commercial or procurement contracts with suppliers, lessors, contractors, or service providers.
  • Experience managing commercial terms, pricing, scope, delivery commitments, warranties, payment terms, change management, and contractual risk.
  • Strong negotiation, written communication, analytical, and stakeholder-management skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to pass the required Microsoft Cloud Background Check every two years.
