What you'll do

Manage supplier labor and coordinate schedules with general contractors and internal planning teams.
Negotiate and manage change orders for overtime, schedule compression, and project acceleration.
Act as a commercial subject matter expert to justify and resolve contract claims.
Oversee the delivery, inspection, and sign-off of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing equipment.
Manage post-award site delivery scheduling and report on on-time performance for long lead equipment.
Mitigate technical risks regarding design timelines and service level agreements to prevent project delays.
Serve as a liaison between suppliers and engineering teams to align complex post-award designs.

What we're looking for

A Master's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, Business, Finance, or a related field and 3+ years of relevant experience.
A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, Business, Finance, or a related field and 4+ years of relevant experience.
Equivalent professional experience to the specified educational requirements.
Ability to pass Microsoft Cloud background checks and other required security screenings.
Experience in an active construction environment (preferred).
Hyperscale data center or large building construction experience in an owner or general contractor capacity (preferred).
Knowledge of the data center industry and experience managing various project deliveries (preferred).
Ability to prepare and process purchase orders (preferred).
