Procurement and Property Administrator - TS/SCI w/Poly As a Procurement and Property Administrator, you will join the team to manage essential logistics, procurement, and inventory activities for projects supporting the Intelligence Community. You will be responsible for the end-to-end procurement of IT hardware, software, licensing, and services while ensuring compliance with acquisition policies and financial controls. Your daily work involves coordinating requirements gathering, vendor engagement, quote analysis, and purchase package development. You will maintain asset tracking, lifecycle visibility, and documentation such as bills of materials and tracking logs. To succeed, you must possess expertise in inventory management, planning, process improvements, and sourcing. The role requires proficiency in IT procurement workflows and the ability to collaborate with engineering and cybersecurity teams to ensure technical accuracy. Candidates must hold a TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance and have extensive experience in property and procurement.

What you'll do

Manage end-to-end procurement of IT hardware, software, licensing, and services according to acquisition policies.
Coordinate requirements gathering, vendor engagement, quote analysis, and the development of purchase packages.
Track procurement requests from initiation through delivery while maintaining records for funding, lead time, and risk.
Maintain inventory, asset tracking, and lifecycle visibility in alignment with configuration baselines.
Support contract actions including renewals, warranty validation, license reconciliation, and vendor performance monitoring.
Maintain procurement documentation such as purchase requests, bill of materials, and compliance records.
Implement process improvements to streamline acquisition workflows and reduce delays.
Validate delivery of security-relevant components like firmware and specific hardware configurations to ensure system compliance.

What we're looking for

Must be a United States citizen.
Must possess an active Top Secret SCI with Polygraph clearance.
Must have 10 years of demonstrated experience in Property and Procurement.
Must have a bachelor's degree in an IT or engineering related field.
Candidates may substitute the bachelor's degree with four additional years of experience in IT disciplines.
Must possess skills in inventory management, planning, process improvements, sourcing, and procurement.
Must have knowledge of IT procurement, lifecycle management, acquisition workflows, and vendor coordination.
US Citizenship.
