What you'll do

Input security badge updates into the local system for approved users.
Perform data entry to grant access to all approved data center requests.
Maintain and audit logs for all granted data center access.
Compare audit logs against electronic badge systems to resolve anomalies.
Serve as the primary point of contact for data center access during business hours.
Draft and update Standard Operating Procedure manuals for data center management.
Collect and report site metrics regarding visitor tracking and entry approvals.
Coordinate and assist in the development of data center access training.

What we're looking for

Must be a United States citizen.
Must possess an active Top Secret SCI with Polygraph clearance.
Must have at least 2 years of related experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and standard computer applications is required.
Knowledge of Access Control, Operations Processes, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) is required.
Ability to work in a customer-oriented environment and communicate effectively with various audiences is required.
Experience using the Intelligence Community badging system is preferred.
Security Clearance Level: TS/SCI w/Poly.
