What you'll do

Design technical solutions for complex problems by interpreting requirements and allocating them to technical components.
Define and maintain the overall security posture of the network through regular audits and program improvements.
Configure and maintain communications systems including LAN/WAN equipment, firewalls, routers, switches, and storage devices.
Write and edit "build-to" and "as-built" documentation, implementation plans, and test plans for IT equipment.
Provide expert analysis for voice, video, and data communications networks, including protocol suite upgrades.
Perform capacity planning, systems configuration, tuning, monitoring, backups, and hardware/software installations.
Troubleshoot and provide technical support for users across Tier I, II, and III levels.
Mentor junior network engineers and manage the allocation of network installation and engineering tasks.

What we're looking for

Must be a US Citizen.
Must currently possess a Top Secret SCI with Polygraph clearance.
Must have 10+ years of related Network Engineering experience.
Must have 12+ years of experience configuring and maintaining Cisco ASA/Next Generation Firewalls.
Must have 10+ years of experience designing, engineering, and deploying controlled interfaces.
Must have 10+ years of experience configuring, designing, maintaining, and troubleshooting LAN/WAN devices with knowledge of EIGRP, OSPF, BGP, and IP MPLS.
Must have a Bachelor's or Technology degree in Engineering or a related field, or equivalent 14 years of job-related experience.
Must have experience with Cisco ASA Firewalls, LAN, and network monitoring technologies.
Must have experience with IPSec site-to-site VPN utilizing PKI, Remote access VPN, and multicast network environments.
Must have experience allowing voice and video traffic across port-based firewalls and NGFWs.
Must have experience deploying Cisco, Palo Alto, or Juniper firewall Manager servers (preferred).
Must have experience designing and deploying Multi-Factor Authentication and Zero-Trust solutions (preferred).
Must have Juniper, Palo Alto, or Cisco Next Generation Firewalls certifications (preferred).
