What you'll do

  • Develop and support metrology applications focusing on FIB-SEM based technologies.
  • Develop and support metrology applications on FIB ToF-SIMS technologies.
  • Apply Statistical Process Control (SPC) and Design of Experiments (DOE) to monitor and improve metrology performance.
  • Lead major phases of metrology lab development projects.
  • Track and evaluate key metrology assets using SPC tools.
  • Manage vendor relationships and escalate technical issues effectively.
  • Mentor and guide junior engineers and technicians.

What we're looking for

  • BS, MS, or PhD in Physics, Chemistry, Materials Science, or Electrical Engineering (PhD preferred).
  • 5-8 years of experience in metrology or materials characterization, especially in FIB, SEM/TEM, Tof-SIMS, AFM, and image processing analysis.
  • Solid understanding of Statistical Process Control (SPC) and Design of Experiments (DOE) methodologies.
  • Experience with data analytics, Python, and AI tools (preferred).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and proactively.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a collaborative approach.
