The Process Engineer 3 joins the Office of the CTO to drive innovation in semiconductor equipment. This role involves engineering innovative process design solutions to resolve customer issues and improve product quality within a fast-paced environment. You will support product development from prototyping through deployment, designing and conducting experiments to solve complex technical problems. Daily tasks include creating technical reports, collaborating with cross-functional teams to guide product specifications, and providing troubleshooting support for hardware issues. The role requires working in cleanroom labs and customer semiconductor fab environments. Key competencies include exceptional analytical and experimental design skills, clear communication, and experience with semiconductor, automotive, or aerospace hardware. Engineer semiconductor equipment and process design solutions to resolve customer issues and improve product quality.

What we're looking for
Master’s degree in a relevant engineering or science field with 3+ years of experience, a PhD, or equivalent experience.
Exceptional analytical and experimental design skills.
Clear communication and presentation skills.
Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
Prior product design and technical engineer experience (preferred).
Experience designing, specifying, building, operating, and maintaining semiconductor, automotive, aerospace, or related hardware, tools, and equipment (preferred).
Experience coordinating and communicating with cross-functional teams (preferred).
Creative thinking, problem solving, and troubleshooting complex hardware (preferred).
