What you'll do

  • Lead analytics platform migration projects while ensuring data quality and continuity for the Organic Growth team.
  • Build and maintain performance dashboards in Looker Studio, Power BI, and Periscope for content teams and leadership.
  • Create models to track content visibility on AI platforms like Gemini, ChatGPT, and Google AIOs.
  • Execute end-to-end analytics projects from initial architecture and data collection to final visualization and insights.
  • Automate reporting processes as part of the team's AI agent squad.
  • Translate complex technical data decisions into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders and leadership.

What we're looking for

  • Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • 4+ years of experience in an analytics, SEO analytics, or data specialist role within digital marketing or ecommerce.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain data infrastructure, reporting systems, and complex SQL queries.
  • Proficiency with BigQuery, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), and Power BI is required.
  • Experience building dashboards in Looker Studio, Power BI, and/or Periscope.
  • Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals, technical SEO, and organic performance metrics.
  • Ability to translate technical data decisions for non-technical stakeholders and lead cross-functional projects.
  • Familiarity with tools like Amplitude, Snowflake, GA4, Adobe Analytics, or Python/R is preferred.
