  • Drive continuous improvement, process optimization, automation opportunities, and operational efficiencies across workstreams.
  • Facilitate technical discussions to align priorities, resolve blockers, and maintain communication with leadership.
  • Act as a liaison across stakeholder teams to protect customer success and Oracle commitments.

What we're looking for

  • U.S. Citizenship with active US Government security clearance, TS/SCI with Poly, at hire.
  • 11 years of experience as a Program Manager leading large technical programs, or a bachelor's degree and 7 years of experience.
  • 5 years of experience as a Program Manager with a master's degree, or 3 years of experience with a doctorate.
  • Demonstrated technical leadership, cross-functional program leadership, roadmap management, prioritization, risk management, and stakeholder communication skills.
  • Experience managing program scope, milestones, dependencies, risks, resourcing, reporting, and executive communications.
  • Demonstrated ability to work across engineering and business teams to deliver complex technical outcomes.
  • 12 years of technical program management experience or equivalent advanced degree plus experience (preferred).
  • 2 years of experience working with operating budgets and/or project financials (preferred).
  • 8 years of experience in enterprise cloud services or large enterprise customer environments (preferred).
  • 5 years of experience with software development lifecycle methodologies and tooling (preferred).
