Principal Technical Program Manager, NTN Satellite Payload and Devices Integration

What you'll do

• Lead the end-to-end technical program strategy for satellite payload and device integration from design through deployment.
• Develop processes to connect multi-disciplinary engineering teams, product management, and external vendors to manage 3GPP-based NTN solutions.
• Drive technical trade studies and design decisions with engineering leadership to balance performance, schedule, and interoperability.
• Create and maintain program plans that track milestones for feature integration, qualification testing, and device certification.
• Identify programmatic risks and develop mitigation strategies while providing status updates to senior stakeholders.
• Coordinate complex test campaigns including subsystem integration and system-level validation to ensure network readiness.
• Manage the transition from early payload development into a large-scale, interoperable device ecosystem.

What we're looking for

• Must be a U.S. citizen, national, permanent resident, or granted asylum/refugee status for export control compliance.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in electrical engineering, computer engineering, or equivalent.
• 5+ years of technical product or program management experience.
• 7+ years of wireless communications systems and implementation experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver products and projects on tight deadlines.
• Master's degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, or equivalent (preferred).
• Experience leading large-scale verification, validation, and certification programs for wireless communications networks (preferred).
• Experience with 3GPP mobile networks, handset/IoT device deployment, and agile environments (preferred).
