Principal Technical Program Manager

What you'll do

• Develop and implement strategic technical program plans and roadmaps aligned to organizational goals and customer outcomes.
• Lead end-to-end execution of complex technology programs while managing scope, timelines, resources, and budgets.
• Translate stakeholder needs into clear delivery artifacts including requirements, PRDs, epics, and prioritized backlogs.
• Establish and manage an operating cadence including standups, backlog grooming, sprint reviews, and production health checks.
• Drive governance and executive engagement through steering committees, structured reporting, and formal escalation paths.
• Partner with Engineering, Infrastructure, and Security teams to ensure solutions are reliable and compliant with firm standards.
• Maintain program transparency through live dashboards for delivery health and a decision log for key rationales.
• Utilize enterprise-authorized AI capabilities to accelerate program planning, risk synthesis, and executive reporting.

What we're looking for

• 7+ years of experience in technical program management leading complex projects in large organizations.
• Demonstrated ability to manage resources, budgets, timelines, and multi-team dependencies across concurrent workstreams.
• Strong technical fluency to engage with engineering teams and navigate modern technology environments.
• Advanced analytical reasoning to break down ambiguous business and technical objectives into structured plans.
• Proven ability to lead through change while managing risk and issue management in fast-moving environments.
• Advanced stakeholder management and influencing skills to build partnerships and drive alignment across senior sponsors.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for executive reporting and governance facilitation.
• Understanding of ML Model development life cycles, ML flow concepts, and experience using enterprise AI tools.
