  • Drive governance and executive engagement through steering committees, newsletters, and structured escalation paths.
  • Partner with Engineering, Security, and Risk teams to ensure solutions are reliable and scalable.
  • Maintain program transparency through live dashboards and a decision log documenting key rationales.
  • Use enterprise-authorized AI capabilities to accelerate program planning, risk synthesis, and executive reporting.

What we're looking for

  • 7+ years of experience in technical program management leading complex technology projects in large organizations.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage resources, budgets, timelines, and multi-team dependencies across concurrent workstreams.
  • Strong technical fluency to engage with engineering and architecture teams, guide trade-offs, and drive execution.
  • Advanced analytical reasoning to break down ambiguous business and technical objectives into structured plans.
  • Proven ability to lead through change and ambiguity using disciplined risk and issue management.
  • Advanced stakeholder management and influencing skills to build partnerships and drive alignment across senior sponsors.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for executive-ready reporting and governance facilitation.
  • Understanding of standard ML Model development life cycle and ML flow concepts.
  • Experience using enterprise-authorized AI capabilities for program management workflows with strong validation habits.
  • Technical fluency in AWS, serverless, containers, CI/CD tools, Databricks, Python, and SQL (preferred).
