What you'll do

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of strategic initiatives from initial planning through execution and benefits realization.
  • Develop integrated transformation roadmaps including scope, investment, capacity, milestones, and risk management.
  • Establish governance structures and executive reporting to ensure transparency and clear accountability for delivery.
  • Align cross-functional stakeholders to resolve enterprise dependencies and translate requirements into actionable plans.
  • Execute change management and adoption strategies to embed new capabilities across global locations.
  • Utilize authorized AI tools to accelerate program planning, risk synthesis, and executive reporting.
  • Define and track success metrics such as delivery predictability, productivity, and risk reduction.
  • Establish reusable standards, controls, and program management practices to strengthen network-wide delivery capability.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • PMP, PgMP, or comparable program or project management certification.
  • 12+ years of experience leading complex programs, enterprise transformations, or strategic portfolios in a large global organization.
  • Proven experience leading large, cross-functional, multi-workstream programs from strategy and business case development through implementation, adoption, and benefits realization.
  • Demonstrated ability to advise and influence senior executives while driving decisions across organizational and geographic boundaries.
  • Experience using enterprise-authorized AI capabilities for program management workflows with strong validation habits and data sensitivity awareness.
  • Strong portfolio/program management, financial management, and problem-solving skills including managing investment, capacity, budgets, and complex trade-offs.
  • Experience leading technology-enabled transformation within a global technology organization; financial services experience preferred.
