What you'll do

  • Develop and maintain end-to-end long-range demand planning models at the customer, initiative, SKU, and geographic levels.
  • Map customer requirements to datacenter capacity by analyzing GPU infrastructure, networking, and supply chain logistics.
  • Build demand plans based on strategic goals, business trends, and inputs from engineering, product management, and finance teams.
  • Identify demand forecast risks and develop prioritized, flexible mitigation strategies to ensure customer demand is met.
  • Provide data analysis to management and operational teams to maintain the corporate S&OP process.
  • Translate planning processes into system models with business intelligence teams to determine resource needs for capacity and performance.
  • Drive continuous process improvements in demand planning to ensure efficient and scalable deployment.
  • Lead strategic AI/ML datacenter capacity planning for large-scale infrastructure deals involving multi-billion dollar investments.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in large-scale AI/ML datacenter capacity planning and project management.
  • Extensive experience developing demand plans and forecasts for new and existing products.
  • Experience with forecasting and demand planning for server storage and networking.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel modeling to build complex forecasting models with multiple inputs.
  • Experience with infrastructure hardware, memory, CPU, JBoDs, servers, and the ability to interpret product BOMs.
  • Previous cloud experience or GPU infrastructure for air/liquid-cooled datacenters and network architecture (preferred).
  • 7+ years of experience with Microsoft Office suite including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, and Access (preferred).
